Intake
Submit files through the web app or connect your claims system via REST API. Policy documents, correspondence, and claim descriptions are processed in German, French, Italian, and English.
Extract
The system identifies parties, dates, jurisdiction, and dispute type, then matches the file to the applicable policy version. Version routing is done before anyone opens the file.
Reason
Each case is checked across temporal, territorial, personal, and subject-matter coverage plus exclusions. Deterministic guardrails bound every step, so the reasoning stays traceable.
Output
A structured recommendation with clause-level citations, a draft letter, and a full audit trail. The handler reviews and makes the final call.
