No. iudexnc prepares the coverage check — the applicable policy version, the five coverage dimensions, the relevant exclusions, and a cited draft of the reasoning. The handler reviews and makes the final decision. There is no automated decline.

We already have internal guidelines. What does iudexnc add?

Guidelines describe how a check should be done. Handlers still have to find the correct policy version, clause, and exclusion for each file — across every generation of conditions in the portfolio. iudexnc does that routing and preparation work and documents it, so the guideline is applied consistently.

Coverage checks require human judgment. How does that fit?

We agree — that is the design principle. iudexnc supports the preparation and documentation of the check. Judgment, discretion, and the decision remain with the handler.

Is this a black-box system?

Accepted Answer

No. Every output shows which policy version, clauses, exclusions, and coverage dimensions were considered, with citations into the underlying conditions. Defensibility depends on transparency, and the audit trail is built into every check.

How is a check documented?

Accepted Answer

Each check produces a versioned, clause-cited record of the reasoning across all five dimensions, exportable as PDF or Word, including a draft letter to the insured person. The record supports review, escalation, and audit.

Question 6

Where is our data hosted and how is it protected?

Accepted Answer

In Switzerland or the EU, within your existing environment. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with no cross-tenant learning. Processing is aligned with the EU AI Act (Annex III), GDPR and the Swiss DSG.
